Photographer Dean Stockings sent us some shots of British male model,  Alex Prinz (  I posted a video of Alex wearing a £70,000 suit this past week) . In only two photoshoots with Alex, Dean has produced  two magazine covers. That's am impressive feat.

DEAN: There is definitely some kind of chemistry between Alex and myself once you get us on opposite sides of a camera lens. We have, to date, only done two shoots together, both on location, and we have already produced two front covers, as well as a 10 page spread – this one for DNA magazine and a cover that was commissioned for reFRESH magazine.

DEAN: The first shoot, which is where these painting images are from, was a test shoot. We had admired each others work from afar for a while and decided to see what happened if we got together on a project – very early on it became apparent that we were a good team and had a similar vision. We had a cuppa (how very English) and discussed our ideas and how far we wanted to take the project. I was renovating a flat at the time, so I decided to work with all the mess around me and actually get Alex to do a bit of the decorating, so that we could use that as the theme for the shoot. I'm not one to turn down the offer of someone doing a bit of free decorating for me and as you can see, after a few beers and a bit of paint throwing, the results worked brilliantly!

 DEAN: Everybody who saw the finished images loved them, and we had the pick of several top magazines who wanted to publish them. We eventually decided to settle for DNA magazine, as it's published worldwide. The thing I most admire about Alex is that he is incredibly dedicated to a project and puts so much into it, but always makes it look so effortless – a true pro! 

DEAN: Who knows what we'll come up with between us now that I have a fully working studio again – and as soon as we both have a window in our hectic schedules, we'll be working on our next project together. Watch this space, we may just burn a hole in it…
