September is the biggest month in fashion. In fact you could say it is the "January in fashion".The September Issue of British Elle has been revealed. The cover features Lindsay Lohan ( I loved her back in her "Mean Girls" days) and was shot by Rankin.
This is the shoot that was in the press back in June , because 1000's of pounds of jewelry mysteriously went missing.
