After the WIlliam Baker Westfields show I posted about a pair of Alexander McQueen booties that I thought were the most to die for pair of shoes this season. Well now there seems to be a bit of  drama bubbling!!! SO MUCH DRAMA!!!!

The fuss started when Steve Madden has released the Seryna Ankle Booties that look very  similar are almost identical to McQueens  booties. The similarity is so great that Alexander McQueen has sued  Steve Madden. McQueen's lawyers are saying that the only difference between the shoes is " the omission of the logo'd zipper pull".

What do you think is the Seryna Bootie? Is it inspired  by McQueen or is it a copy? One thing that is certain is that at $120 (approx £80)  it costs less than  a sixth the price of  the Alexander McQueen  Faithful Bootie.
