What more can I about the Paul Smith Autumn Winter 2010-2011 fashion show/ Its classic Paul Smith at his best. I love how he combines conventional cuts with bright and bold colour choices. Its the perfect mix of punk meets gentleman. Eclecticism at its finest!!!
MDC has posted images of the third cover of Love Magazine. Once again they've got a nude model on the cover. Actually they've got two because the third issue has double covers. One cover features Lara Stone and the other features Jamaican Model Jeneil Williams.
Both cover models will have bandages duct taped across their privates, while using what looks like an exercise band. The covers were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot
I used to think that Fashion magazines were about clothes, but as 2 out of 3 of Love Magazine's issues have featured nude models on the cover ( the first issue featured a nude Beth Ditto) I am starting to think that i may be wrong.
In honour of the 50th Anniversary of Liberty’s Carnaby Street store, Kirkwood has taken two of their signature floral prints, the Bounty and the Santa Maria and covered his signature platform heels in the prints.
I wonder who Liberty will collaborate with next. Its an exciting prospect!
David and Victoria Beckham are the cover models for the Spring issue of 10 magazine. The covers were shot by photographer by Cedric Buchet. David covers 10 Men while Victoria covers 10. The magazine is famous for not using celebrities on its covers and this is the first time that it has decided to feature a celeb on the cover.
“This is an incredibly exciting way to start our second decade and the first time we’ve ever featured celebrities on our covers. For me David and Victoria are an intriguing power entity with a truly renaissance attitude. They are multi-faceted and incredibly clever in the approach to their celebrity status, defying the transient nature of that celebrity to create true longevity as a brand and force to be reckoned with.” Editor-in-Chief, Sophia Neophitou.
I'm also loving the Beckhams on the cover as they both have made a huge impact on fashion. The only thing that i'm worried about is who will sell more copies of 10, David or Victoria.
As usual I get really excited when I hear any news about Naomi Campbell that doesnt involve personal assistants or mobile phones.
Yesterday, Naomi Campbell teamed up with Erin O'Connor, Yasmine Le Bon, Sheila Atim and Sarah Brown as for a pess call for Fashion for Relief 2010 at Somerset House yesterday. The models will be joining forces with the Prime ministers wife to help raise money for the Haitian Releif effort. They will host a catwalk show on February 18th during London Fashion Week.
I'm really surprised to see Luke Worrall in the SS 2010 New Look campaign. It is a lot edgier than what I would have expected from New Look. Kudos to whoever styled this shoot. Its got a fun, fresh, youthful vibe.
A few weeks ago rumours popped up online that Taylor Momsen was the new face of New Looks Spring Summer campaign. Now that the menswear ads have been released it wont be long until womens ads are revealed.

Its really amazing to see how British brands are embracing technology. Pringle of Scotland have been bitten by the technology bug and decided to present their Spring Summer collection in the form of a film, created by videographer Ryan McGinley and starring Academy Award winning actress, Tilda Swinton.
The short film places Tilda in picturesque and breathtaking locations on the Scottish landscape while wearing beautiful clothes from The Pringle Spring Summer 2010 collection.
Tilda Swinton looks amazing and the Scottish highlands look awe-inspiring. Makes me very proud of being 1/32nd Scottish. lol

British Designer, John Galliano is renowned for his theatrical fashion shows. His recent fall-winter 2010-2011 show from men's fashion week was was a fusion of East meets West. It was inspired by Sherlock Holmes but he went beyond the predictable and included lace up corsets and looks inspired by Japanese traditional costumes such as the jinbei and the kimono. The footwear even included wooden Geta sandals. The result was sensational.
I still haven't figured out which is more dangerous, the dozens of snakes that Raquel Zimmerman is covered in or those 12 inch heels she's wearing. I'll have to call this one a draw. This is the first shot of the Alexander McQueen SS 2010 campaign that was shot by Nick Knight .
Debenhams is giving women’s jogging bottoms a style makeover. For the past 2 decades jogging trousers have been associated with antisocial chav culture but now Debenhams is seeking to change that stigma.
“The return of jogging bottoms as a fashion piece is great news. It’s undoubtedly the comfiest item of clothing in every woman’s wardrobe, and now it can be worn out to the shops, to a club or on a date! Our customers already seem to love this comfy style option, just like they did when leggings came back into fashion a couple of years back.” - Debenhams Design Director Karen Peacock
This sudden leap in popularity can be attributed to big names such as Michael Kors and Isabel Marant sending their models down the runways in the sport-luxe jogger look during recent fashion weeks.
“I have always been inspired by the earth and solar system – especially moons and stars, which is why I used them as inspiration when designing my collection for Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED”.- Daisy Lowe
The collection is available exclusively at Swarovski CRYSTALLIZED stores in London and online.
Over the past few years MAC has had some very interesting (and sometimes strange) collaborations. Dame Edna and Hello Kitty have both collaborated with the cosmetics brand. Nitrolicious has revealed that Mac latest collaboration will be with British Brand Liberty of London. The range is called MAC Give Me Liberty of London Collection and will be released in the U.S. on March 11, 2010 and internationally in April 2010.
The very latest in a series of famous M·A·C collaborations, it was only a matter of time before the demure-to-daring kaleidoscopic prints of Liberty of London coloured our world with Brit wit and bohemian chic. From the unstudied, Sienna Miller style of Spitalfields Market to the grit-and-glamour of Portobello Road, the swinging London girl has always been an unstoppable M·A·C makeup force! Spring 2010 insists on the ultimate flower fusion, with M·A·C joining forces with Liberty, creating cool Britannia compacts and Lipsticks, Eye Shadows, Powder, Blush, Nail Lacquers and, of course – blushing, bountiful, quite British accessories.

Revered FEARED Style critic Joan Rivers was recently Interviewed by Metro in London and she talked about her love/hate relationship with Lady Gaga's style. I love when Joan comments about fashion becuase you never know what will come out of her mouth.
Metro: Who is the best dressed celebrity around at the moment?
Joan Rivers: Lady Gaga. She uses fashion for what it should be used for – she’s having fun with it and is original.
Metro: And who is the worst?
Joan Rivers: Lady Gaga again. Have you seen her? I like some of her outfits better than others, put it that way. She makes Björk look like a nun.
