Victoria Beckham is back on the cover of Vogue. This time she has returned with  new hair extensions. Long Live Long hair!!! The bob is dead. The cover was shot by photographer Ellen Von Unwerth.

Boutique by Jaeger will be opening a pop-up shop on August 7, at 10 Foubert's Place, off Carnaby Street, London. The pop-up shop will stock Jaeger's new, younger, lower priced line aimed at the under 30 market.

Lara Stone is no longer the face of Jaeger London, the curvaceous blonde has been replaced by Abbey Lee Kershaw. Once again Ollie Edwards is the male lead and the photographer is Emma Summerton and Imogen Morris Clarke will also make a cameo in the ads. The iconic heritage brand shot the ads from atop the london eye with  the London Skyline serving as the shoots backdrop. 

Angel Jackson just sent me their new campaign shots for 2010 and as usual they have outdone themselves. Angel Jackson have returned with their signature style aesthetic but this season the  bags  have an extra "POW!".  The bags are young and feminine but edgy and very on trend. We have been raving about the bags for quite some time now and last year they were the only accessories designer to be nominated for the British Fashion Council/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund.

Robert Pattinson mania has ascended to a new level. Marks and Spencer is making a new underwear collection that is inspired by the Twilight actor. The underwear line will be called R-Pants after Robert Pattinson's nickname, R-Patz.

R-Pants are low-rise briefs and are designed to be worn under skinny jeans (does M&S even sell low rise Jeans??????).

According to Richard Beale, M&S's head of merchandising, "The new range is designed to appeal to a younger, fashion-savvy customer." Im not sure that guys will be rushing to buy the new R-Pants (most of Robert's fans are girls and young women) but i'm sure women will buy the new underwear for their partners.

The R-Pants  will be available in stores from September.

The French Connection Autumn Winter 2010 2011 ad campaign was released this past week.  This season they have gone for a simple campaign where the clothes are the stars of the ads. I am not sure who the model or the photographer of the campaign is. If anyone knows send an email to info@beautyconfessional.net or post in the comments. Rocker/Actress/Bad-girl, Taylor Momsen is being lined up by John Galliano to be the face of a new fragrance that will debut next month. Taylor made her debut as a model when she became the face of New Look in 2009

The images haven't been released yet, but knowing the Gossip Girls, stars penchant for causing controversy im sure the ads will get lots of attention. In her latest music video she is  writing on a table that is reminiscent of "The Last Supper".

Natalia Vodianova is back to shoot Stella McCartney's latest campaign. Stella used her for SS2010 and now shes back for Autumn Winter 2011. The images were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot.

Stella McCartney has been busy.  When she’s not designing the uniforms for team GB or her own collection, Stella has taken on the task of replacing Bearskin hats that the Queen’s guard wear with animal-friendly PETA -approved replicas. Never thought we’d say this but soon the  Buckingham Palace guards could be wearing Stella McCartney.

There are certain designers who have a God-like affect on the fashion industry. If they like you then the whole fashion world likes you. Karl Lagerfeld, Miuccia Prada, Marc Jacobs and Tom FOrd are a few that have such an influence. Ever since Tom Ford casts Nicholas Hoult in his directorial debut a single man he has been popping up everywhere. First it was the SS 2010 Tom Ford Eye-wear campaigns, then the Spring Summer ads, now hes appeared in this editorial from W Korea and hes portraying that iconic “A Single Man” styling.

Amelia, from Wiltshire

Elite Models has posted the 12 finalists for the Elite Model Look UK 2010 competition. Originally they were supposed to choose 10  girls but they  couldn't narrow it down so they picked 12 girls. The finalists are as follows: Amelia, Daisy, Eilidh, Emma, Grace, Hannah, Jenni, Kate, Louise, Olivia D, Olivia F and Sasha. The girls will compete in a Grand Final  on July 29th.

I'm not a betting man but I have a knack for predicting the winners of these competitions. I predicted Laurence Cope would win the  Calvin Klein competition months before they announced the winner. I personally think this is a competition between two girls. Its between Amelia, from Wiltshire (picture 1) and Kate, from Buckinghamshire (picture 8), with Kate edging Amelia out for the title. Possible darkhorses are Hannah, from Warwickshire and Emma from Emma, from Perth & Kinross. Check back after the 29th to see if I was wrong.

Elite London has just launched a brand new mens board. Already  on their lineup is new comer River Delfin Viiperi and established campaign guys such as William Lewis and Aram Gevorgyan.

On top of the international faces their will also be some homegrown talent  that mens-booker-Charlie Clark has scouted out. 

Hero Issue 3 is out. This editorial was shot by Stefan Heinrichs and features male model Keno, and was styled by the Ingo Nahrwold.

It’s a summery kaleidoscope of colour and features vintage Versace pieces going right back to Gianni Versace’s collections in the early 1990s!
