H&M obviously has a thing for British  designers. They have previously collaborated with  Matthew Williamson and Stella McCartney . Today they announced they'll be collaborating with British accessories label Jimmy Choo.

The collection is due out on November 14th and omg it will probably be chaos. Jimmy Choo shoes usually start about £400 and fans  of the label will storm the stores to get Jimmy Choo at H&M's prices. It'll  be like Christmas in November.

It's finally warm in London, so I thought I'd keep up the heat with some steamy pictures of British Model, Jamie Dorman and  Eva Mendes in the latest Calvin Klein ads. Last year she was the brand ambassador for  Calvin Klein's Secret Obsession fragrance, In the US it was deemed too sexy for TV viewers and censors banned the ad. However, here in London the ad ran as per normal. Probably has something to do with us Brits being more open (read open as pervy) about sex on tv.

British model Emma Heming and her hubby Bruce WIllis are on the cover of W Magazine. They are also featured in a sexy editorial inside.  Bruce is shirtless in most of the photos and wears  underwear and red  gloves while his wife Emma sports a very dominatrix-like look.

Emma Heming is no stranger to sexy photo shoots, you should recognize Emma from her days as Victoria Secret model and from the Fall/Winter 08 ad campaign she did for La Senza.

London's Fashion and Textiles Museum opened their Undercover: The Evolution of Underwear exhibition yesterday. Its an indepth look at the changing trends in underwear over the years.

"Developments in underwear have moved with the social and economic times and this exhibition charts how female underwear has evolved over the last century – encompassing the onset of war to the changing role of women in society – from a functional item to a thing of beauty." -Curator Alison McCann

The exhibition runs from Friday 12th June until Sunday 27th September 2009.

Paper is the new Gold! Okay even I don't believe that but I recently saw some innovative paper jewellery that  made me consider that possibility. The beautiful paper creations are  designed by Sarah Kelly of  Saloukee Designs and made from laser-cut paper. I was mesmerised by the craftsmanship and artistry. Roy Pratt, Kendra Spears and AJ Abualrab are featured in the cover editorial of Dazed & Confused July 09.  The three models play members of the fictiona l gang "Black Crow- A group of rebels swathed in fur and feathers". The striking shoot  was lensed by photographer Mariano Vivanco and styled by stylist extraordinaire, Nicola Formichetti.

Sienna Miller is once again on the cover of US Vogue. The cover was shot by photographer Craig Mc Dean. This is Sienna's first US vogue cover since the documentary about the their September 2008 issue aired. The documentary was a sneak peak behind the process that went into creating the September Issue.   IN the documentary staffers are complaining about Sienna being  too  "toothy"  having "too many fillings" and "unruly hair". They even took her head off one picture and stuck it on another.

Sienna obviously didn't take it personally because she is back on the cover once again.

Alek Wek and Naomi Campbell design flip flops for Charity

Selfridges is bringing together Brazilian flip-flops (Havaianas) and  models and designers to create a line  of customized flip flops for Selfridges.

Supermodels,  Alek Wek and Naomi Campbell, as well as designers Manolo Blahnik, Paul Smith, and Matthew Williamson will be collaborating with Havianas to create flip flops . The designer flip-flops will be auctioned off on Selfridges website with proceeds going to the children's cancer charity. CLIC Sargent.

The shoes will go on display at Selfridges’ Oxford Street on July 15th  and will be sold to the highest bidder on July 26th.

I love Naomi!!! I cant believe she created high heeled flip flops!!

Ingenious-yes! Practical for wearing to the beach -NO!

I have always  liked Jane Norman. Its one of the few high street brands that never dissapoints me. These images are from their Spring Summer 09 campaign. It's young, sexy, fun, fresh and very high on femininity. I particularly like the photo above with the blue embellished bust line and the snake print clutch.  Call me bizarre but everytime I see anything from Jane Norman I think of Regina George and the plastics from Mean Girls. They would so wear  Jane Norman.

Kendra Spears is offically on the cover  of July  Dazed and Confused. About a month ago i posted a leaked version of Kendra Spear's  cover  that I was sent  by someone saying they were a "Dazed & Confused Intern"  but I was quickly asked to remove it by Mariano Vivanco's team as  it was just a mock-up cover and  was not meant for public eyees.

The official cover of Dazed  & Confused has now officially been revealed and the July 2009  issue features Kendra and the words on the cover read "Rip it Up: and Start Again". I am glad to see that Kendra Spear' cover came out as I thought that it  had been dropped. It is the best cover that Dazed & Confused has had this year.

1. Tell us a little about yourself – (where you grew up, your life now – anything you wish to tell)
I was born & raised in the UK. But I have a mixed blood line, and family all over the world. Kind of convenient for me really, I usually do at least 3 trips a year to see my family, so on top of fashion seasons I usual get to visit Italy and the middle east.

2. How did you get involved in modelling?
I was first scouted a few years back now. I was in the middle of my degree in London, and really didn't have the time to consider anything other than my work and my sport. But once university was done, I could really concentrate harder on my career in media. So I started out by joining a small agency, my first job was at London fashion week, and since then I've looked to grow and work harder and harder every day. Im just so lucky to be in an industry I love.

David Beckham's Emporio Armani Underwear ads were revealed just a few hours ago at Selfridges in London. The underwear ads were shot by photographers Mert and Marcus.

“David has a great sense of style and is an inspiring role model – this is what makes him the perfect partner for Emporio Armani underwear. I am very excited that David Beckham’s new campaign image was unveiled exclusively in his home country and where better than at such an iconic retail destination as Selfridges,”- Giorgio Armani. 

Apparently, although there is a huge Tube strike in London thousands of people still managed to show up at Selfridges for the launch of  David Beckham's  Emporio Armani Underwear campaign. Talk about being die hard fans!!!!

Resort 2010 collections  are currently on display at Style.com. The latest offerings are from British design team  Preen and  Stella McCartney. Both preen and Stella McCartney have great collection. However, for resort wear Preen's collection is quite on the dark side. However the Preen Resort collection has lots of shimmering fabrics  so it detracts from the dark colour pallette and there are some  bright colours infused the collection (like the sexy pink dress above).

Stella has a included her jumpsuit from the Met Gala in her Resort collection.There are also lots of loose fitting floral patterned dresses, perfect for lounging around on holiday.

The Bless Duo- Fringed Glasses really are getting popular. Ever since Beyonce wore Fringed Glasses in her Diva music video they have been popping up everywhere.

The most recent place  I have seen fringed glasses was in an editorial for L'officiel Homme. Sean O'Pry was photographed by Milan Vukmirovic wearing a pair of fringed glasses. These glasses are a bit more extravagant than the Beyonce version as they have got even longer chains ( and are practically unwearable).  I am not sure if the Bless Duo made these glasses but I expect to see loads of people wearing these glasses this summer as I think they are this years statement glasses.

There is good news and bad news for the fashionista kids in your life. the Bad news is that Ben Sherman is discontinuing there children's line, so you wont be able to dress your kids like mini Pete Doherty's anymore. Gone are the days of tiny tot's wearing Trilby hats.

However, the good news is that Stella McCartney , confirmed today that she will be creating two children's lines  for Gap Kids and Baby Gap. The collections will be available later next year.  Luckily, stylish kids will still have something to wear.
