Lots of blogs on the fashion blogosphere (even Fashion Indie) have been reporting that the image to my left is from the new Spring Summer 2010 campaign for the Beckham's Signature by dvb Beckham fragrances. However, the ad isn't new, it first surfaced back in 2008.
Adidas Originals has just released their Spring Summer 2010 campaign. Its titled "The Street Where Originality Lives" and the Tv AD features faces from the world of Sports, modelling , music and acting. THe full list of celebs is as follows: Adrienne Bailon, Agyness Deyn Ana Ivanovic, Calle 13, Cheer Chen, Ciara, David Beckham, DJ Neil Armstrong, Fernando Verdascom Hyori Lee, Ian Brown, Jay Baruchel, Jeremy Scott, Louise Roe, Mr. Hudson, N-Dubz, Noel Gallagher, Snoop Dogg, Tallulah Morton, Whitney Port and Dee Edwards. The ad is set to the song "Why cant there be love?"
In addition to the Main Campaign video, Adidas has also releases the women's Adidas Originals SS2010 video. For this year's Women's Lookbook, they let the models m get behind the lens to document each other as "they worked the pavement" in the Spring/Summer 2010 Womens collection. The Look book features Aiara, Agyness Deyn, Ana Ivanovic, Cassandra Steen, Hyori Lee, Whitney Port and Tallulah Morton .
David and Victoria Beckham are the cover models for the Spring issue of 10 magazine. The covers were shot by photographer by Cedric Buchet. David covers 10 Men while Victoria covers 10. The magazine is famous for not using celebrities on its covers and this is the first time that it has decided to feature a celeb on the cover.
“This is an incredibly exciting way to start our second decade and the first time we’ve ever featured celebrities on our covers. For me David and Victoria are an intriguing power entity with a truly renaissance attitude. They are multi-faceted and incredibly clever in the approach to their celebrity status, defying the transient nature of that celebrity to create true longevity as a brand and force to be reckoned with.” Editor-in-Chief, Sophia Neophitou.
I'm also loving the Beckhams on the cover as they both have made a huge impact on fashion. The only thing that i'm worried about is who will sell more copies of 10, David or Victoria.
David and Victoria Beckham are once again fronting the ad campaign for their namesake dvb fragrances. The range includes ten fragrances. Six of the fragrances are for men. these include Instinct, Intense Instinct, Signature for Him, Signature Story for Him, Intimately for him and Intimately Night for Him. The remaining 4 scents are for women. These include. Signature for Her, Signature Story for Her, Intimately for Her and Intimately Night for Her. The ads for 2010 are designed to evoke Hollywood glamour and Icons.
The Beckham’s are Britain’s most beloved couple. They are practically British Royalty. In fact they probably are way more popular than any member of the royal family. The Emporio Armani youtube channel has posted behind the scenes footage of Emporio Armanis Autumn/Winter 2009-10 underwear campaign featuring David and Victoria Beckham. The steamy video gives a sneak peak at how the sexy images were created.
David Beckham's Emporio Armani Underwear ads were revealed just a few hours ago at Selfridges in London. The underwear ads were shot by photographers Mert and Marcus.
“I don’t mind taking pictures in my underwear. It’s when the pictures are unveiled, like today, that it’s a bit embarrassing.” - David Beckham
“David has a great sense of style and is an inspiring role model – this is what makes him the perfect partner for Emporio Armani underwear. I am very excited that David Beckham’s new campaign image was unveiled exclusively in his home country and where better than at such an iconic retail destination as Selfridges,”- Giorgio Armani.
Apparently, although there is a huge Tube strike in London thousands of people still managed to show up at Selfridges for the launch of David Beckham's Emporio Armani Underwear campaign. Talk about being die hard fans!!!!
What do you think of David's hair in the ad?Do you like the slick look?
David Beckham will be at the EmporioArmani Underwear Lounge on the first floor of London's Selfridges store tomorrow to unveil his new Armani Underwear ad campaign.Im sure people will be out in their droves to see the football superstar and get a chance to see him in his undies. Last month we saw his wife, Victoria's new Emporio Armani ad campaign and tomorrow we will see David Beckham's underwear campaign.
In New York last night, Victoria Beckham unveiled her new ad campaign for Emporio Armani. For the next season of ads Victoria is wearing a faux pony tail that makes her look like an Amazon Aarrior or Barbara Eden from "I Dream of Jeannie". I think I like the pony tail.
You can soon expect to see the ad at bus stops, billboards and posters on the underground.
David Beckham's new Armani ads are yet to be seen, but I'm sure they'll pop up online soon.
Posh and becks are at it again. David Beckham ha followed his wifes lead and collaborated with James Bond, (owner of the Undefeated sneaker-freak boutique) to create fall/winter 2009/10 men’s collection for Adidas Originals by Original. Designers Jeremy Scott and Kazuki, will also come on board for the collection. As with all celebrity collaborations, I wonder how much of an input David Beckham will have in the collection. After all Kate Moss revealed that she "can't draw a dress" so I wonder if David is in the same category.
The Beckham's have established themselves as true trend starters, from DvB Jeans to Victorias Dress Collection and the couples campaign for Armani Underwear they have made their mark on fashion. David has collaborated with Motorola to release the motorola Aura The luxury handset features a 360° swivel system and a spherical, 68-carat sapphire-crystal display. Included in its specs are a 2-megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom, an MP3 player and 2 GB internal memory. The phone retails for around £1600 (about $2700). It's probably one of the top 10 most expensive phones ever. In the ad campaign takes on the role of an almost Terminator-esque character.
As with all things Beckham expect this phone to be super popular with people selling their kidneys so that they can afford to buy one.
Many fashion companies are closing branches and downsizing but not Adidas. Adidas will go global this January with the ads for its Originals fashion brand. Adidas Originals is a casual sportswear line thats has an 80's retro vibe and is more high end than the standard Adidas athletics line.
The campaign features a huge list celebs. Estelle, Russell Simmons, David Beckham, Katy Perry,Missy Elliott, The Ting Tingz, Kevin Garnet, Red man, Method man, Run DMC and Mark Gonzales are all seen hanging out at an Adidas Originals house Party.
I thought it was kind of strange that a company would expand a range during a recession but according to industry analyst "Luxury is the last thing that goes out in a recession and the first to recover," says Cohen in an article by USA Today.
Like Husband like Wife. Former Spice Girl, Victoria Beckham will follow in the footsteps of her husband David by modelling Armani underwear in a £12 million advertizing campaign for Emporio Armani underwear. You'll have to wait until the Spring/Summer 09 collection hits the shelves. The campaign will be shot by Mert Alas and Marus Piggott. The duo also shot David Beckham's Armani ads .
The Beckham’s have a new fragrance called "Signature," and its due out this September. Earlier this week, Victoria Beckham was at Harvey Nichols in Manchester promoting ‘Signature For Him and Signature For Her’ by Harvey Nichols. Below is the ad Campaign. While only Victoria was present at Harvey Nichols this week both David and Victoria Beckham are featured in the Television advert.
What do you think of the advert? Will you be buying ‘Signature For Him and Signature For Her’? I think the ad isnt revolutionary but its sexy and sophisticated. I will post some of the print ads for the Beckhams "signature" ad campaign later today.
