Dazed and Confused only recently unveiled the cover of their April issue and already they have unveiled the cover of the May Issue. The May issue features  fashion icon, Tilda Swinton on 2 alternate covers. On one cover she  has a short spiky coif and in the other she has fiery red curls. One word… Feroshe!! The covers were photographed by by Glen Luchford.

The issue will be available in stores from April 15th.

Dazed & Confused  Dazed and Confused has released the cover of their April issue. It's a Music x Fashion’ special, featuring the hottest bands from the last year.  The cover features screen shots from Pierre Debusschere's documetary about British Band, The XX.

The new look follows the appointment of Art Director Christopher Simmonds, “I want to focus on great photography, whether through established names, or new talent such as Pierre,” says Simmonds. “When I think back, I remember so many great covers from Terry Richardson’s blood donor shoot, to Eminem smoking a bong, to the amazing Alexander McQueen-edited issue. I see this cover with The xx as being the first of many iconic images taking the title into the next decade.”

 Mia Wasikowska who will plays Alice in Tim Burton’s upcoming film, Alice in Wonderland, is the cover model for the latest issue of i-D. The issue is titled “Wondergirl“ and the cover was shot by photographer, Laurence Passera.

Dazed and Confused has featured Rock Legend, Courtney Love on the cover of their January 2010 issue. She was photographed by  Yelena Yemchuk and styled by Dazed & Confused, fashion editor Karen Langley. in the accompanying interview, Rocks consumate Queen talks exclusively to Dazed about troubled past and her upcoming album  ‘Nobody’s Daughter’  which will be realeased  in early 2010.

The cover of Dazed & Confused December 09 Cover features model Abbey Lee. The cover shot by Daniel Jackson and styled by Karen Langley. In the featured editorial Abbey Lee wears the limited edition ‘Where The Wild Things Are‘ clothing collection created especially for Opening Ceremony. The line features a range of faux fur pieces for both men and women,that pay homage to the characters from Spike Jonze’s  adaptation of Maurice Sendak’s treasured book.

I remember  back in May 2008 when I first saw Lady Gaga. I knew that she had the potential to be really big but I never saw her becoming such a trend setting fashion icon. Dazed Digital  has presented an exclusive  video  of  Lady Gaga by fashion videographer Kathryn Ferguson.  In the picture above Lady Gaga is wearing a catsuit by the legendary Pam Hogg. Also featured are a David Koma dress, headpieces by Charlie le Mindu and Fred Butler, shoulder jacket by Dr Noki NHS, sheer black top and Leather and as well as pieces  by Petra Storres, and shoes by John Galliano.

 I would be lying if I said that I didnt see this one coming. Twilight is everywhere. It's no surprise that Kristen Stewart is on the cover of Dazed and Confused's September Issue.  

Although im not suprised to see Kristin Stewart on the cover. I am really shocked by the styling treatment, Instead of going for the obvious vampire themed shoot Dazed and Confused has gone in a totally different  direction. I havent decided if I think this cover is unexpected and original or safe  and boring.

  Art & Fashion photography are two areas that I find very captivating. Artist John Paul Thurlow, has combined  both areas with his new project.  John-Paul Thurlow plans to “retrace” the past by recreating  his favourite covers in lead and ink. So far he has  recreated over 70 covers. He has drawn the covers of Nova, Vogue, 10 Magazine, V Magazine and Dazed & Confused.

(To the left) John-Paul has paid homage to iconic  model, Twiggy. Below are more cover re-inventions featuring Grace Jones and Kate Moss.

With the thousands of magazines available, It is sometimes  hard for a Magazine to  create something completely original. Dazed & Confused is usually one of the  best mags at delivering unique editorials and content.

For their  August cover they  are taking  originality to "Another dimension" ..literally. The cover of the mag will be in 3-d and a pair of 3D glasses will be inside of  the magazine. The accompanying editorial will also be in 3-D and features dresses from the  Marios Schwab Autumn Winter 09 Collection.

The cover model is Julia Hafstrom and she was shot by Terry Tsiolis.

Roy Pratt, Kendra Spears and AJ Abualrab are featured in the cover editorial of Dazed & Confused July 09.  The three models play members of the fictiona l gang "Black Crow- A group of rebels swathed in fur and feathers". The striking shoot  was lensed by photographer Mariano Vivanco and styled by stylist extraordinaire, Nicola Formichetti.

Kendra Spears is offically on the cover  of July  Dazed and Confused. About a month ago i posted a leaked version of Kendra Spear's  cover  that I was sent  by someone saying they were a "Dazed & Confused Intern"  but I was quickly asked to remove it by Mariano Vivanco's team as  it was just a mock-up cover and  was not meant for public eyees.

The official cover of Dazed  & Confused has now officially been revealed and the July 2009  issue features Kendra and the words on the cover read "Rip it Up: and Start Again". I am glad to see that Kendra Spear' cover came out as I thought that it  had been dropped. It is the best cover that Dazed & Confused has had this year.

About a week ago I posted the June 2009 cover of Dazed & Confused featuring Kendra Spears on the cover . About an hour after posting it, I received a  message  from Mariano Vivanco's team informing me that, Kendra's cover was  leaked. That cover was just a mock up and wasn't meant for public viewing so I removed it. Today, the actual cover of  Dazed & Confused  June 2009 has been released. It features French actor, Gaspard Ulliel on the cover and is subtitled Paris is Burning.  Its another knock out for Dazed  & Confused. Although i like this cover I think I preferred the leaked cover. just a bit more.

Model, Kendra Spears (no relation to Britney Spears)  is on the cover of the July Issue of Dazed and confused.  The cover is emblazoned with the words "FRENCH KISS" in crimson red. The cover was shot by living legend, Mariano Vivanco  and styled by Nicola Formichetti. I have to say the British fashion mags really are the best in the world. However, I might be  bit biased as I am British.

UPDATE: Hello again, just got an email from  Phillip Gutman explaining that the July Cover of Dazed featuring Kendra Spears  was leaked so I have removed it. Below is Phillips email:
