Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Lady Gaga  are on the  cover of the pre-fall issue of i-D magazine. It's been reported that the three were initially supposed to share a cover of the magazine but "Naomi and Kate refused to play second fiddle to Gaga" and the magazine decided to shoot appease the two supermodels and shoot 3 separate covers. All three women were shot by  Nick Knight.

i-D has released three covers of their Summer for Love! issue featuring Gisele Bundchen, Miranda Kerr and Jeneil  WIlliams. Miranda was shot By Willy Vaderperre, Gisele by Matt Jones and Jeneil Williams by Andrew Jackson.

I saw the cover of i-D featuring Rihanna earlier this week. Now the magazine has  releases 2 new covers, one featuring model Natasha Poly and another featuring  Mariacarla Boscono and designer, Riccardo Tisci. The  covers were photographed by Willy Vanderperre.   I am  glad to see  the other covers of the mag because I don't like the cover with Rihanna.  Shes a beautiful girl and I don't think it does her justice. Ive got one more criticism for I-D. The covers have  on the words "Love, Sex, Magic", which  ironically is the name of a song by Ciara.  Would  it have been that hard for the magazine to choose a byline that was the title of Rihanna song?

Rihanna is on the cover of "The Lovers of Life" issue of i-D magazine which is all about Love, Sex, & Magic.  I love i-D and I love  Rihanna  but this cover is looking like the victim of some really bad photoshop. Its like the retoucher just went wild on this photo and  airbrushed it until it looks like a cartoon. I haven't seen this much photoshop since Madonna's Louis Vuitton campaign.

There is one big difference. Rihanna is 21 and Madonna is 51. A 21 year old does NOT need this much retouching!!!!

i-D Magazine  really knows how to do a sexy cover. The most recent cover of i-D magazine features Eva Herzigova, Helena Christensen and Claudia Schiffer wearing  nothing but thigh high boots. The cover was photographed by Kayt Jones. It's a tribute to three modelling Icons.

Before I saw the name of the photographer I knew it had to be Kayt Jones. The  cover  has the provocative sensuality that Kayt is famous for in her photos. She also recently shot Colombian singer, Shakira for this month's i-D magazine. Coincidentally in that shoot Shakira was also wearing thigh high boots.

AROOH!!! Halloween may have just passed  but  the fright night  isn't over yet. Everyone's favorite Colombian "she wolf" is the new cover-girl for I-D Magazine's November issue.  As you all know Halloween is really  just an excuse  to show as much  skin as possible and Shakira does that oh to well.

Earlier this week I-D revealed the cover of their September 2009 issue. The cover was shot by Emma Summerton and features models Arlenis Sosa, Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman and Sessilee Lopez. Behind the scenes  footage has now been released  by  I-D. In the behind the scenes video, we  get to see the  models playing around and practicing their winks. We also get to hear  from  I-D's Fashion Editor, Edward Enninful and  photographer, Emma Summerton discusses the concept behind the video.

Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman, Arlenis Sosa and Sessilee Lopez are on the new cover of I-D Magazine.  As you all know the Black Issue is the biggest Issue of any fashion Magazine, so its a huge deal that ID Magazine has decided to feature 4  black beauties on their most prestigious  cover of the year.  The all black  cover was shot by  Emma Summerton who also shot this years Jaeger campaign with Lara Stone.

I know I-D always features models with one eye closed but is it just me or are both of Jourdan Dunn's eyes closed?

I am not thrilled by the choice of Lily Allen for I-d Magazine' Geeks issue. While I do find her extremely annoying, (because she is always in the   tabloids) I wouldn't  describe her as a geek. In terms of  the cover I think this is one of their weaker covers.

One redeeming feature  of the cover is the SpongeBob SquarePants inspired  logo. Very cute!!!

 As promised here is the second  cover of I-d's 300th issue.  The model is Tasha Tilberg  and the cover was shot by Kayt Jones.

Sigrid Agren gives a wink for  photographer Alasdair McLellan  on the cover of I-D Magazines 300th issue!! There are 3 multiple  covers of the magazine released so far. There are rumored to be 6 alternate covers. I will post the other covers later today. For now enjoy Sigrid's playful  cover shots

 I really do Like I-D magazines covers. Most of their covers have been really good ( except for that cover Mariah did a few  years ago). Chanel Iman is on the cover of the May issue of  I-D Magazine and she falls into the former category as I really like the photo.  I don't know if there is an editorial with her in it but I really like the  cover so  fingers crossed.
